Cancellation Policy

Please allow 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your service. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the service fee specific to the service reserved. This cancellation window is valuable as the service schedule is often determined well in advance and allows enough notice to offer openings to waiting service requests by fellow guests.
